Pretty proud of myself for finishing this 30 days of no treats or desserts. I felt better, my stomach wasn't upset from binging on cookies and milk, plus I was able to turn off the voice in my head that was constantly pestering me to eat a treat or worse, stop and get a treat as I drove around town. Deciding to say no to everything took away the little choices I was having to make multiple times a day. Cookies in the office? So much easier to already know the answer to that question.
My motivation? A skinny picture :)Thanks to everyone who supported me and checked up on me. It seriously helped a lot!
