Claire's Poetry and Songs

Claire has been practicing her creative writing skills lately, and while I love to read and write, poetry was never my favorite. Claire has some Shel Silverstein poetry books, and of course Dr. Seuss. Maybe that's where she is getting her inspiration.

Here is one poem she wrote this week:

Crumbs, crumbs, crumbs, 

Made a batch of cookie crumbs. 

Then my friends came over,

And ate and ate them in

Their tums, tums, tums.
